By creating an account on Ragnarok Arise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Server Rules, and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register, access, or use our services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity performed through it.
Ragnarok Arise is not responsible for lost, hacked, shared, traded, sold, or stolen accounts caused by player negligence, unsafe account sharing, weak passwords, compromised devices, or unauthorized third-party access.
Players are expected to play fairly and respectfully at all times.
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Ragnarok Arise allows player-to-player Real Money Trading where permitted by the Server Rules.
However, every transaction is entirely between the involved players.
The Administration may restrict, investigate, or prohibit transactions connected to fraud, account theft, abuse, exploitation, illegal activity, or damage to the server economy.
Ragnarok Arise may offer optional donations, supporter purchases, premium services, cosmetic rewards, account services, and other paid features.
These purchases help support server hosting, maintenance, development, artwork, custom scripts, security, events, updates, and future content.
All purchases are voluntary. Purchasing a supporter item or service does not grant ownership, partnership, administrative authority, permanent entitlement, or control over Ragnarok Arise.
Supporter rewards may include cosmetic appearances, convenience features, account benefits, or other digital rewards.
All paid rewards remain subject to balancing, modification, replacement, removal, expiration, or adjustment when necessary for the health of the server.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all donations and supporter purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the digital reward, currency, item, service, or account benefit has been delivered.

Although we strive for maximum uptime, Ragnarok Arise cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Ragnarok Arise is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, connection problems, crashes, rollbacks, or technical failures.
While backups are performed whenever possible, Ragnarok Arise does not guarantee the recovery of:
Recovery requests are reviewed individually and are never guaranteed.
The Administration may refuse recovery when there is insufficient evidence, conflicting logs, account sharing, player negligence, exploitation, abuse, or risk to the server economy.
Ragnarok Arise is a live online server. Changes are inevitable and may be necessary to keep the server fair, stable, enjoyable, and sustainable.
The Administration reserves the right to modify any aspect of the server at any time, with or without prior notice.
These changes may be made to address inflation, market imbalance, exploits, unfair advantages, technical limitations, outdated systems, content progression, player activity, server costs, or the long-term health of Ragnarok Arise.
Changes may include, but are not limited to:
Items, rewards, services, or benefits may be rebalanced even after they have been obtained or purchased.
No player is guaranteed that a particular item, stat, reward, price, rate, feature, or mechanic will remain unchanged permanently.
Community feedback is appreciated and may be considered, but final decisions regarding balance, pricing, systems, content, and the server economy remain at the sole discretion of the Administration.
These decisions are made to preserve the long-term health, fairness, stability, and sustainability of Ragnarok Arise.
All accounts, characters, items, zeny, costumes, points, rewards, and other digital content exist only within Ragnarok Arise.
Players receive permission to use these digital assets while their account remains active and in good standing.
Virtual items do not represent legal ownership of physical property and have no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
The Administration may modify, remove, restore, replace, restrict, or revoke digital assets when necessary for balancing, enforcement, security, recovery, or server maintenance.
Ragnarok Arise reserves the right to warn, mute, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account found violating these Terms of Service, the Server Rules, or engaging in behavior deemed harmful to the server or its community.
Actions may be taken against accounts involved in:
The Administration may act immediately when necessary to protect the server, its players, or its systems.
Administrative decisions are final.
Opening a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback after receiving a digital item, service, supporter reward, or other benefit may result in account restriction or permanent termination.
The Administration may remove delivered rewards, suspend connected accounts, and restrict future purchases while a payment dispute is being investigated.
Players should contact the Administration first if they believe a payment was made incorrectly or a purchased reward was not delivered.
Players must treat other members of the community with reasonable respect.
The following may result in disciplinary action:
Constructive criticism and respectful disagreement are allowed. However, abusive behavior, harassment, and deliberate disruption are not.
Ragnarok Arise is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
The owners, developers, administrators, moderators, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the server.

The latest version will be published on the Ragnarok Arise website.
Continued use of Ragnarok Arise after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
